This page explains what information Found ("we," "us") collects when you visit foundagency.be, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We've tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate — if anything is unclear, email us at hello@foundagency.be.
Information you give us directly
When you fill in our contact form, chat widget, or newsletter signup, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, and message. This is sent to us via Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and lands in our inbox. We use it only to respond to you or, if you subscribed, to send you marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use this site — which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, and what device or browser they're using. This helps us improve the site and write better content.
These analytics cookies are not set until you accept them. When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page.
We don't currently run paid advertising or remarketing on this site. If that changes, the same consent system will apply before any advertising cookies are set.

How long we keep data
Contact form and newsletter submissions are kept as long as needed to respond to you or, for newsletter subscribers, until you unsubscribe. Analytics data, when consented to, follows Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@foundagency.be. You can also lodge a complaint with Belgium's data protection authority, the Autorité de protection des données (APD).
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
