The challenge

A Traditional Chinese Medicine practice in Schaerbeek, Brussels, offering acupuncture, moxibustion, gua sha, and cupping, had no website at all. Every client came through word of mouth. Anyone searching online for acupuncture near them, or trying to compare treatments and prices before booking, had no way to find the practice or understand what it offered.

What we did

We built the practice's website from the ground up as part of our web presence work: a calm, editorial design suited to a Traditional Chinese Medicine practice, separate pages for each treatment, clear pricing, and educational content answering the questions new clients actually have before booking their first session. Alongside the build, we applied our organic growth approach: local SEO structured around Schaerbeek and Brussels search intent, so the practice shows up for the exact searches people run, "acupuncture Schaerbeek," "TCM Brussels," and by treatment, not just its own name.

The result

30 bookings came in directly through the new website, from a starting point of zero online presence. A practice that used to depend entirely on referrals now has a working digital front door, and one built to show up locally, not just exist.
